Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Asian cultures and languages

Job Description: URS, an AECOM company, has an opportunity for a Operational Planning Team Integration Officer to join our team! This position will be supporting the PACOM J81, Command, Control, Communications and Cyber Directorate on Camp Smith, Hawaii.
The OPT Integration Officer will serve as subject matter expert and advisor on a unique, multi-disciplined Operational Planning Team (OPT).
The OPTs integrate operations and intelligence to enhance DOD, Interagency, and Country Team operational effectiveness throughout the PACOM AOR. The incumbent will augment on-going efforts by conducting multi-disciplined research, production, and assessment to deliver informed recommendations for course of action and CONOP development.
Responsibilities:
Increase situational awareness through the characterization of threats, identification of critical nodes, isolation of associated gaps, and fusion of data sets to promote and enable full spectrum SOF operations.
Bridge the gap from situational awareness to situational understanding of asymmetric networks.
Assist the OPT leader to develop operational to tactical concepts of operation to enable communities of action to disrupt, dismantle, deny, and defeat those networks.
Facilitate all phases of the F3EAD cycle through Preparation of the Environment (PE); Tagging Tracking and Locating (TTL); Information Operations (IO); Law Enforcement operations; and Unconventional Warfare (UW) in support of COMSOCPAC and CDRPACOM objectives.
Categorize and assist in prioritizing requests for support and conduct near, mid, and long term examination of VEO asymmetric networks.
Apply a multi-disciplinary approach while establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with integral members of relevant communities of interest to directly support the application of SOF operational capabilities and facilitate desire effects.
Conduct short-term travel in CONUS and throughout the PACOM AOR to support SOCPAC.
