SIGINT Anayst Job Overview:
Provide dedicated SIGINT analysis support to each TSOC, including: execution of SIGINT analytic functions, perform SIGINT analytical services, and provide SIGINT expertise to assist the government in day to day staff support functions. SIGINT analytics will involve the use of USSOCOM or TSOC provided processing and exploitation software and tools, including Intelligence Community (IC) and SOF specific processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) software and tools, the ESRI ArcGIS suite of software, and Google Earth and other commercial off the shelf (COTS) geospatial tools.

Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on TSOC designated targets in support of TSOC CSE mission priorities. The research and analysis will support the development of serialized SIGINT reports at various classification levels per IC and TSOC standards.
Develop products utilizing detailed analyses and related expert knowledge in traffic analysis techniques and applications for personal communications systems and/or computer network based research.
Utilize current and future database applications to extract, exploit, and manipulate SIGINT data. Additionally, the contractor shall populate, maintain, and update databases and webpages, as required.
Support reviews and assessments of current intelligence tools, processes, techniques, and procedures and provide an analysis and recommendation as appropriate.
Shall support the CSE Government Lead with responding to requests for information, as needed.
Draft and coordinate SIGINT requirements for the government lead at the supported TSOCs and assist with providing technical guidance related to SIGINT activities to other TSOC staff or tactical SOF elements.
Draft, update, modify and review TSOC CSE activity reports and SIGINT Summaries as needed.
Prepare inputs for the TSOC CSE government lead for the monthly USSOCOM SIGINT video-teleconference.
Attend local technical, management, and analytical meetings with the appropriate global combatant command (GCC) staff and/or the theater National Cryptologic Representative (NCR).
Attend SIGINT related technical, management, design reviews for exploitation programs as required and furnish after action reports
Support high priority, unpredicted, and/or time sensitive TSOC requirements. Occasionally, the TSOC may require shift or weekend work to support mission requirements.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree plus SIGINT SMEs shall possess a minimum of six(6) years experience with SIGINT analysis and a military or DoD background. A counter-intelligence (CI) scope polygraph is required.
Desired Skills :
Additionally: be trained in ESRI ArcGIS software, Google Earth, and other COTS geospatial tools;
Have SIGINT experience within the Combatant Command (COCOM) level and theater level SIGINT support with previous support to SOF.
Must hold active TS/SCI clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.
Work Environment:
Work will be performed in a cubical environment inside a large facility. Some travel may be required depending requests by the customer.
Equipment and Machines:
General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance:
Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client. It is important to be able to work at least 8 hours a day for 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
